QRZ11 DX AWARDS


The QRZ11 DX Awards Program recognizes achievements:

In the 11m radio art of "DXing,"



QRZ11 has 7 AWARDS and a HALL OF FAME

The QRZ11 DX Award is issued in four categories.

1. The QRZ11 BRONZE Award: This Award is issued to an 11m radio station (From all / any club) submitting proof of contact with 100 or more countries. The QSO must have been made in SSB.

2. The QRZ11 SILVER Award: This Award is issued to an 11m radio station (From all / any club) submitting proof of contact with 200 or more countries. The QSO must have been made in SSB.

3. The QRZ11 GOLD Award: This Award is issued to an 11m radio station (From all / any club) submitting proof of contact with 275 or more countries. The QSO must have been made in SSB.

4. The QRZ11 PLATINUM Award: This Award is the rarest award and only issued to an 11m radio station (From all / any club) submitting proof of having contacted ALL countries. The QSO must have been made in SSB. An Operator, who achieved this, will also be listed in the QRZ11 HALL OF FAME.

All contacts must be two-way in the mode for which the application is made. Cross-mode or one-way contacts are not valid. QSLs must be listed in alphanumeric order (A to Z “Countries” or 1 to 3.. by prefix). Deleted countries do count and are accepted if contact has been made after December, 1974.

QSL cards must be verified by one of the authorized check points for 11m DX Awards, or must be included with the application that has to be send to QRZ11 HQ by:

- Electronic verifications like Email, Dropbox or YouTube.
- P.O.Box: 6436 Ausspannplatz, Windhoek, Namibia


The QRZ11 Mobile DX Award is issued in three categories.


5. The QR11 Mobile BRONZE Award: This Award is issued to an 11m radio station submitting proof of contact with 50 or more countries. The QSO must have been made in SSB.

6. The QR11 Mobile SILVER Award : This Award is issued to an 11m radio station submitting proof of contact with 100 or more countries. The QSO must have been made in SSB.

7. The QR11 Mobile GOLD Award[/color]: This Award is issued to an 11m radio station submitting proof of contact with 175 or more countries. The QSO must have been made in SSB.



NOTE
Any altered or forged confirmations will result in permanent disqualification of the applicant. QRZ11.com WILL contact a few stations of an applicant to verify and confirm your QSO with him/her.


Fair play and good sportsmanship in operating are required for all 11m operators working towards an QRZ11 DX Awards. Continued use of poor ethics will result in disqualification of the applicant.

THIS PACKAGE CONTAINS A HIGH QUALLETY WALL AWARD. WE HAVE TO ASK US$ 14 OR € 12 FOR IT. THIS IS EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE PAYMENT OF QRZ11 WALL AWARD PACKAGE INCL. SHIPMENT.
FOR A REGISTERED PACKAGE INCL. SHIPMENT IT WILL BE US$ 24 OR € 22.

IRCs are not accepted.


All contacts must be land-based 11m stations. Contacts with ships and aircraft are not acceptable.

Decisions of the QRZ11 DX Awards Manager shall be final.

THE QRZ11 HALL OF FAME

The QRZ11 Hall of Fame membership is only accorded those DXers who have made major contributions to the 11m hobby. Such contributions involve considerable personal sacrifice and can usually be described by the phrase "above and beyond."

Please feel free and nominate someone who you think did more than a lot for the 11m community.

Nominations for the DX Hall of Fame are made through the QRZ11 Awards Advisory Committee by DX clubs or individuals, and require the positive vote of 2/3 of the committee for acceptance.
